To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a peaceful start to your session.
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. Please note, your card will only be charged in accordance with our transparent cancellation policy.
We understand that plans can change. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior) will incur a $25 fee. In the event of a 'no-show,' the full session rate will be charged.
