To ensure every visit to Hamszana Healing Bodyworks is a seamless and deeply relaxing experience, we've outlined our key policies below. Understanding these guidelines helps us provide the highest quality of care and maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all.

What's your policy for changing or canceling an appointment?

Booking and scheduling

Sessions may be booked as needed. There is no required monthly commitment. Clients may schedule appointments at intervals that feel appropriate for their care.

Appointment reminders

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour prior to your scheduled session.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hour notice will incur a $25 fee. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without notice will be charged the full session rate.

How do clients pay for their sessions, and what payment methods do you accept?

Payments and card on file policy

Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • PayPal

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.

How should I prepare for my session and what's the etiquette during my visit?

Preparing for your session

To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in.

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals immediately before your session. Staying hydrated before and after your appointment is encouraged.

If you have any health concerns, recent injuries, or medical conditions, please inform me prior to your session so your experience can be customized safely and appropriately.

Most importantly, come as you are. This time is reserved for your relaxation and well-being.

Session etiquette

To maintain an uninterrupted environment, all mobile phones must be silenced and put away during your sessions. The use of phones, photography, audio recording, or video recording during sessions is not permitted. This policy ensures privacy, professionalism, and a fully relaxing experience.

Creating a respectful healing environment

To ensure a calm and supportive space for everyone:

  • Arrive on time to fully enjoy your session.
  • Silence and store mobile devices during your appointment.
  • Communicate any health changes or concerns prior to your session.
  • Respect professional boundaries at all times.
